when watching VCR, ghost image of another pic moving across screen, also colour bands.
customer using fully wired SCARD lead, thus TV's tuner output is fed back to VCR what modulates video playback picture. Remove unused leads in SCART cable or use non-fully wired SCART cable.

Replace leaky diode D814 (1SS133T-77) mounted across the relay coil.
